What is an Upwork proposal generator?
An Upwork proposal generator is a tool that drafts the cover letter you send with a job application. Prozilio writes from the personas, projects and work history you have already entered rather than from a template, so the draft cites real experience — which you edit before sending.
Most Upwork proposals lose in the first two lines, because they open by talking about the freelancer instead of the job. Rewriting a generic template for every listing is slow, and sending it unedited is worse: clients recognise the same opening they have read forty times this week.

What a generated opening looks like
You need the checkout rebuilt in React with Stripe Payment Element, and you want the existing coupon logic left intact. That last part is where most rebuilds go wrong. I did the same migration for a WooCommerce store last year: single-page React checkout, Stripe Elements, Apple and Google Pay, with the legacy discount rules ported rather than reimplemented. What writing a proposal by hand actually costs
Without a tool the loop looks like this. You open the job post, skim it, then go digging through your last twenty proposals for one that covered similar ground. You paste it in. You rewrite the opening two lines so it does not read as a template, check the rate still makes sense, maybe swap one project reference for a closer one, and send.
Fifteen to twenty minutes, if you are honest with yourself. Four of those and most of a morning is gone before any billable work starts. On a bad day you rush the last two, and the ones you rushed are exactly the ones that read generic, because the parts you skipped were the parts that made them specific.
The deeper problem is that the template is doing the remembering. Your best proof for a given job is often a project from two years ago you have half-forgotten, and it never reaches the draft because it was not in the proposal you happened to copy.

What the generator reads before it writes
A general-purpose model knows nothing about you, so it compensates with adjectives. That is where the corporate-filler voice comes from. Prozilio writes from a profile you fill in once: your bio, your skills, the projects you have shipped and the work history behind them.
You can keep more than one version of that profile. We call each one a persona, and there is no fixed meaning to it — a persona is whatever slice of yourself you want a particular pitch written from. When you paste a job post, the generator matches what the client is asking for against what is in that profile and drafts from the parts that genuinely line up. If you have shipped a Stripe migration, a job mentioning Stripe pulls that project in. If you have not, it does not invent one. That is the point, and it is also why every draft still wants your eye before it goes out.

Who should not use this
It is cheaper for both of us to say this here than after you have signed up.
If you have not worked on anything yet, there is nothing for the generator to draw on. It writes from your history, and an empty profile produces exactly what you would expect. Ship one or two real projects first, unpaid ones count, then come back.
If you want something that fires off applications while you sleep, this is the wrong tool. Every draft is meant to be read and edited before it is sent, and Prozilio does not connect to Upwork to submit anything on your behalf.
And if your work is genuinely commodity — the same fixed deliverable every time, won on price — a better-written proposal is not what is holding you back. Tightening your rate and your turnaround would do more.

- Does it just fill in a template?
- No. It writes from the personas, projects and work history you enter, so it cites your actual experience. You edit before sending.
- How many can I write?
- The 14-day trial runs on the Full-Time plan and includes 15 AI credits, and a proposal costs one. The free plan afterwards gives you 5 credits a month; paid plans start at $8 for 40.
- Can it score the job first?

- Does it submit the proposal for me?
- No. It drafts, you edit, and you paste the result into Upwork yourself. Nothing is sent on your behalf and Prozilio does not connect to your Upwork account to apply.
- What if I have no projects yet?
- Then this will not help much. The generator writes from the work history and projects you enter, so an empty profile produces generic text. Add a couple of real projects first, unpaid ones included.
- Does it only work for Upwork?
- No. The same profile writes for Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn and plain cold email. Upwork is simply where most people start.
