Welcome to prozilio.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prozilio website and AI-powered software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"), provided by EqualPixels ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using Prozilio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including OAuth logins via third parties like GitHub, Google, or Meta) and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscription, AI Credits, and Billing

2.1 Pricing Plans & AI Credits

We offer subscription tiers tailored for freelancers and agencies (e.g., Side-Gig, Full-Time, and Agency plans). Each plan includes a specific monthly allotment of "AI Credits" used to generate proposals, resumes, and interview materials.

Current pricing, features, and credit limits are displayed on our pricing page: https://prozilio.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify pricing or credit exchange rates with reasonable notice to you. Unused AI credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

2.2 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on select plans. The trial includes a strict limit of AI credits (e.g., 20 Credits) to allow you to test the Service risk-free. You will not be charged during this period. At the end of the trial, or if you choose to upgrade after exhausting your trial credits, your chosen payment method will be automatically charged the subscription fee corresponding to your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

2.3 Payments via Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:

  • Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material.

  • Use the AI generation tools to produce harmful, harassing, or deceptive content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its related systems, or other tenants' data schemas.

  • Attempt to bypass, exploit, or manipulate the AI credit tracking system or API limits.

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service or generate bulk content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original software, architecture, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EqualPixels and its licensors. The "Prozilio" name and logo are trademarks of EqualPixels.

User Output: You retain all ownership rights to the raw data you input into the Service (e.g., your resume, portfolio) and the resulting text (cover letters, summaries) generated by the AI on your behalf.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or abuse the AI generation API.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EqualPixels, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. We do not guarantee employment, client acquisition, or specific job outcomes resulting from the use of our AI-generated proposals.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
